Smart Control

Humidity sensing & automatic boost

The user can select a relative-humidity threshold of 40%, 60% or 80%. When indoor humidity rises above the selected

level, the unit automatically increases to maximum speed and returns to the previous speed after humidity falls below the set threshold.

Mobile app control

Wi-Fi control allows the user to switch the unit on or off, select one of three speeds, adjust the humidity setting and choose the operating mode. Wi-Fi setup uses a 2.4 GHz network.

Remote control

A dedicated remote control is included for convenient everyday operation.

LED status indication

Front LED indicators provide visual feedback for operating direction, automatic mode and selected speed; the LED display can also be switched off.

How Our Cata Heat Recovery Ventilators Work

How Cata Heat Recovery Ventilators work

Continuous Air Exchange & Filtration

With our heat recovery ventilators, stale internal air is continuously drawn out of your room while fresh outdoor air is pulled in.

Before reaching your living space, the incoming airflow passes through high-efficiency filters to trap dust, pollen, and pollutants, ensuring the air you breathe inside stays clean and healthy.

Efficient Thermal Energy Transfer

As the outgoing warm air and incoming cold air cross inside the unit’s ceramic heat exchanger, thermal energy is retained and transferred to the fresh supply air.

This process pre-warms the incoming breeze without mixing the two airflows, drastically reducing heat loss and cutting down on your heating costs.

FAQ

A ventilation system improves indoor air quality by removing stale air and introducing fresh air. It helps reduce pollutants, control humidity, and maintain a comfortable living environment.

We offer various types of ventilation systems, including mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), extractor fans, cooker hoods, and air purifiers.

Choosing the right system depends on factors such as the size of your space, your specific ventilation needs, and your budget. Our experts can provide a personalised assessment to recommend the best solution.

Our ventilation systems are designed to be highly energy-efficient, featuring advanced components like EC motors and heat exchangers that recover and recycle energy, reducing overall energy consumption.

Yes, all our ventilation systems come with comprehensive warranties. The specific terms vary by product, but we generally offer warranties covering parts and labor for a specified period.

PICO – 2 years
PureAir- 3 years
Cata  – 7 years

If they are installed by us, we offer a 5-year warranty for all products

While some smaller units might be suitable for DIY installation, we recommend professional installation for most of our systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.

Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. We recommend servicing your ventilation system at least once a year. Our maintenance services include thorough inspections, cleaning, and any necessary repairs.

If your system stops working, first check for simple issues like a tripped circuit breaker or a clogged filter. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for troubleshooting assistance or to schedule a repair.

Yes, many of our ventilation systems are designed to help control indoor humidity levels, preventing problems such as mold growth and maintaining a comfortable environment.

A heat recovery ventilation system improves energy efficiency by capturing and reusing heat from exhaust air, reducing heating and cooling costs, and providing a consistent supply of fresh air.
