The Cuper heat recovery ventilation unit provides continuous air exchange for various spaces, including apartments, houses, hotels, and commercial venues. The recommended room area usage is 20–25 m2.

The CUPER 125 unit uses its heat exchanger to intelligently temper the fresh air entering your space based on the outside temperature.

  • In Winter: The warm air exiting the room pre-heats the ceramic heat exchanger. When the unit switches to supply mode, cold incoming fresh air is warmed up to a comfortable temperature.
  • In Summer: The unit reverses this process, ensuring the incoming air is slightly cooled if desired.

More About The Cuper 125 HRV Unit

Minimise Excess Humidity and Allergens

This heat recovery ventilator eliminates the need for manual window ventilation, significantly reducing heating and air conditioning costs. Additionally, CUPER filters the air, removing common irritants like dust, pollen, and other allergens.

4 Heat Recovery Modes

Constant Inflow

The fan operates continuously to supply fresh air into the room.

Permanant Exhaust

The fan operates continuously to extract air from the room.

Recuperation, Alternate Inflow-exhaust

The unit automatically switches between supply (inflow) and exhaust at fixed intervals. The cycle time can be adjusted to 60, 70, 80, or 90 seconds using a selector switch located on the control board (under the unit’s housing cover).

Smart Mode

This mode uses temperature sensors to optimise heat recovery based on the difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures.

How automatic mode works on cuper hrv unit

It does the work, you reap the benefits

The HRV’s Automatic Mode features an alternating flow pattern with a selectable cycle time (60, 70, 80, or 90 seconds).

  • Start: The unit begins by drawing air out of the room (draft).

  • Switching: At the end of the set time, it automatically switches to drawing air into the room (inflow) for the same duration. The cycle then repeats.

Examples of Heat Recovery Performance:

  • If the outside temperature is -15°C, the incoming air is pre-warmed to +10°C.

  • If the outside temperature is 0°C, the incoming air is pre-warmed to +14°C.

FAQ

A ventilation system improves indoor air quality by removing stale air and introducing fresh air. It helps reduce pollutants, control humidity, and maintain a comfortable living environment.

We offer various types of ventilation systems, including mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), extractor fans, cooker hoods, and air purifiers.

Choosing the right system depends on factors such as the size of your space, your specific ventilation needs, and your budget. Our experts can provide a personalised assessment to recommend the best solution.

Our ventilation systems are designed to be highly energy-efficient, featuring advanced components like EC motors and heat exchangers that recover and recycle energy, reducing overall energy consumption.

Yes, all our ventilation systems come with comprehensive warranties. The specific terms vary by product, but we generally offer warranties covering parts and labor for a specified period.

PICO – 2 years
PureAir- 3 years
Cata  – 7 years

If they are installed by us, we offer a 5-year warranty for all products

While some smaller units might be suitable for DIY installation, we recommend professional installation for most of our systems to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.

Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance. We recommend servicing your ventilation system at least once a year. Our maintenance services include thorough inspections, cleaning, and any necessary repairs.

If your system stops working, first check for simple issues like a tripped circuit breaker or a clogged filter. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for troubleshooting assistance or to schedule a repair.

Yes, many of our ventilation systems are designed to help control indoor humidity levels, preventing problems such as mold growth and maintaining a comfortable environment.

A heat recovery ventilation system improves energy efficiency by capturing and reusing heat from exhaust air, reducing heating and cooling costs, and providing a consistent supply of fresh air.
